Race Around Niederösterreich

The R.A.N. had been some kind of test run for Andreas Fuchs and me!

Andreas Fuchs had during the planing phase for the 0 to 6893m project the idea to do this race together! The intention behind this race was to know and understand each other in critical and high-stress situations! And to stay fit for both side's in a 20 hour long distance race had been for me a very new experience! Andreas Fuchs did already a couple of long distance races.  preparation for the 0 to 6893m adventure on the Ojos del Salado. For both of us! For this event Andreas Scheucher a friend of us came with us to have a second supporter in the car!  Nobody has done this with a electric car, we had to think about where to charge the car in between! We have never supported a ultra-cyclist on a 600km race before, therefore we had to learn a lot mostly by doing and try & error....
